Superb. Very good quality.
Everything else was good, and the staff was also helpful. However, the packaging was very basic—just wrapped in normal gift paper. I expected something more special and presentable, especially for a gift. There should have been some different or more attractive packaging. I’m disappointed with the packaging.
Thank you for your honest feedback and for appreciating our products and helpful staff. ❤️ We’re sorry the packaging experience didn’t match your expectations.
We’d also like to clarify for our customers that our gift-wrapping option is shown in our attached photos with the ribbon, and our Instagram also features videos of the actual gift-wrapping presentation. We strive to provide the same presentation shown when customers select gift wrapping.
Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us, and we’ll continue improving every part of the customer experience from our handmade products to the final unboxing. Thank you for supporting Yarnbloompk. 🌸
